What Is A Showcase Video?
In a nutshell, this type of video is designed to help you build stronger connections with your prospects and clients. Our 2-day filming project is conducted at your location, where our professional videographer(s) will capture footage of interviews with you (and your team) telling your story, sharing your passion, and positioning yourself as a credible and trustworthy financial professional and industry expert. Generally, these videos range in duration from 3 to 5 minutes.
We strongly encourage you to ask one or two of your clients to join you in the creation of your video: participating in a mock appointment, in scenes (b-roll) interacting with your client at your office, their home, or in your community.
Clients may also wish to provide a testimonial about working with you, which is
one of the best ways to cultivate new relationships with prospects and garner referrals from your existing clients.

Best Way To Feature Your Video
Our professional videographer(s) will capture all necessary footage needed to support the video editing process. This will include all interviews, testimonials, and supporting b-roll footage/scenes. (Office, outdoors, family time, outdoor drone shots, etc.)
Here’s when the story begins to come together. Our editor will review and organize the footage from the project and will begin crafting the story in alignment with your goals discussed during initial consultations about the project.
Additional touches such as music, voice over (if needed) and all final edits and touchups will be done during this process.
Reviews and Revisions
Once the initial preview video is ready for review, Aegis Financial Creative Services will share the file and solicit feedback and provide our video editors with direction on necessary edits.

What to Wear
What you wear on day of filming will vary on final shoot locations. For office footage, dress just as you would if a client was coming to see you in the office. For footage of personal settings and scenes, wear what you would on any casual day. Our recommendation is to be comfortable and confident in your attire, which will make you feel more at ease during the filming process.

AGENT BIO VIDEO FORM & INFO
- One documentary, cinematic-style agent bio video that highlights career,
business, personal, and passionate aspects of the Agents’ story.
- Approximately 3 to 5 minutes in length
- Professional filming, audio, lighting, and drone usage per video
OPTIONAL: Client Testimonial Video
- Approximately 1 to 1.5 minutes in length
- 15-minute long testimonial interview with Agent’s client(s) of choice
- $3000 per edited agent bio video
- This is a fixed price and includes shooting and editing per agent video.
- $300 per OPTIONAL Agent Client Testimonial Video
- Post-Production OT = Hourly fee of $75/hr after 2 rounds of revisions
- All travel expenses including: airfare, baggage fees, car rental, gas, parking, and
food will be reimbursed by Aegis Financial for the videographer and any team
members required for completion of the project.
**Most video projects are scheduled over 2 days on location and are able to be shot within 1 full, 10-hour
day of filming. Depending on the nature and logistics of the Agent's story, additional time may be
needed. Our videographer will advise and schedule accordingly.
**Aegis Financial Creative Services will conduct a phone or video call with the agent and videographer a
few weeks in advance to walk through the project logistics, get to know the agent's story, coordinate
participating team members and/or clients, and discuss any pre-production needs.
